As for as my experience is concerned, I don't see any person 100% good. Also the human character changes only due to circumstances, situation and habitants.

Take the question out of it's religious context for a moment. Let's assume there is no God for a moment and make the standard for perfection the "the rules", "protocol" or right way of doing ANYTHING. Look at any human system you are involved in ... the rules of the road, your company or state regulations, insurance company standards, a game, sports, playing an instrument, school work...on and on... Who does not falter in some way... I,e, SIN. So, that is the non-religious answer. Everyone sins. The next question is ... what are the consequences? If we bring God back into the picture and eternal consequences, the question becomes more weighty. What if God graciously by-passed all the faults of ever human being, took the consequences upon Himself , but with one caveat (condition). What if He did this on the condition that human beings would need to trust Him...and specifically trust Him to do this very deal. What if further, we discovered that the WORST SIN...is not what we fail at in the world, but that we don't trust the God who made us, loves us and delights in having a relationship with those He created. What if that is the ULTIMATE SIN? "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path". Trust in Jesus Christ.

Yes! the bible is clear on this issue. We are all born physically with an inherent sin nature which is the very reason people end up in hell. This inner condition must be addressed and the only way we can be free from the condemnation brought about by our inherent nature is to "believe on the Lord Jesus Christ" at which point we become born again. tragically, many people don't see themselves as sinners and attempt to establish their own righteousness before the Lord and as a result, are hell bound. Romans 3:22 explains that "The righteousness of God is upon all who will believe" This standard of righteousness is the only standard the Lord will accept and becomes ours at the point of faith in Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9 also makes it clear that we cannot justify ourselves by our works and that salvation and eternal life is given on the basis of a free gift.

Yes all are sinners, some are just forgiven sinners and the other are not forgiven.

Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God

2 Kings 14:6 - each is to die for his own sins

Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death . . .

When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you don't become perfect, we are striving to perfection, but we are on a road of sanctification through the water of the Word. We will never be perfect on this earth, we are just forgiven. But one will remain a sinner if one does not turn (repent) and give your heart to the Lord. Trust Him today and give your heart to Him for He is waiting and will still be waiting tomorrow and the day after that.
Take Care

No one is a sinner
The one who says you are a sinner is taking you for a ride and making you weak minded
Character evolves with association and experience and has nothing to do with sin
Sin is an invention of Chrisianity not even christ - and imposed or mis -translated into indian religions in tring to find equivqlents for the word sin.

Sin does not have an universal definition .what is a virtue in one culture is a sin another .so there can be no person who is absolutely fre from all sins in the opinion of all the people in the world. All Good mmen are not vituous and all bad persons are also not sinners good and bad need not necessarily be virtue and sin respectively.
All beings are essentially selfish and it is tolerable /acceptable to some extent in the case of all people .Whne this selfishness is there sin can keep company with it .As the ris no man with out selfishness , the is no man without some sin or other.
sinners do not go to hell.man does commit sin because he has hell in his mind .he does nt go to hell ecause he commits sin .He commits sin becasue he is in Hell already( in his mind )

A 'sinner' is one who has transgressd the command of the Lord.An infant and an adoloscent, who cannot make a decision by himself, cannot be deemed a sinner!
Adults only could be held as sinners.
God has endowed man with potentialities for 'good' and propensities for 'evil'.
Human nature is susceptible to sin.
Man's natural instincts impel him to behave like an animal. If he uses his commonsense
and reins in that evil propensity, he becomes a "moral being"!
If he further develops his spirituality and makes spiritual ascents, he becomes closer to God or a saint.

As we perceive the meaning of sin, yes. If anybody says that he is not a sinner, of course he is lying. Instead of debating on such question try to be a good human being with high moral.

if you use the definition of sin as the deliberate and willful commission of evil activities, then no, all human beings are not sinners

if you use the definition of sin as a mistake, then yes, all humans make mistakes

the word that Jesus uses for sin in the Gospels is a Greek word that is an archery term, the word means 'miss the mark' (miss the bullseye)
and the word 'repent' means to change your mind, so what Jesus says is, don't make the same mistake twice if you can help it, and think about what you did wrong and try to do better next time.

(which is something any loving parent would tell their children, I think_

Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God"

As you see the word all in the Greek means all, therefore every single person ever born (except Jesus Christ) has been born with sin.

Christ was not sexually conceived like we were, God sent the Holy Spirit into Mary's womb and immediately was impregnated. So man did not have part of this creation, but God Himself did it.

Give a thought to what theory of karma says. No body is refrained from theory of karma but the art of doing it relieves from the fruit (result) of it.
e.g..
If you are hungry, you become angry(Tamsik- arrogant)
you may kill some animal & eat it.(Rajsik-kingly).
or.....
You think, I now realize what is the value of food.(Satwik-thoughtful)
The last will not add a sin of being angry on others or killing an animal.
So, to conclude, the art of living, living without sin is divine.
Secondly, do your work(karma) in the name of God like, a farmer works as if to wordship the land...or as a trustee of land, then divinity automatically gets into his work.
