i weigh 89 kgs wich is about 200 pounds of fat and muscle, and i am 5'9 feet tall...and i want to lose about 60 to70% of fat from my body...and gain it into muscle instead.

you don't. It takes time to convert fat to muscle. can't be done in a month.
