well i dont even know this person but i think i like them im in the
(9th) grade and they are too but i want to give the person a note but im afraid too because we never really had a chance to talk to each other yet and i want to give them a note telling them that i like them and if they want to go out but do i just walk up to them and give it to them because i dont have them in any of my classrooms PLEASE HELP ME i see them again on monday!

Be brave walk over to the person and start a conversation then strike with the question of going out together. Hey who could resist?

First, work on striking up a conversation. Asking-out can happen later.
If you can't get a conversation going in a few minutes, a date is likely to be awkward anyhow.
Saying "Hello" and truthfully saying what you noticed about them can be a bit embarrassing, but it sure works as a conversation starter if nothing else comes to mind.
