Because He was fully God from Heaven and fully a sinless man at the same time.
For such an high priest [Jesus Christ] became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens. (Hebrews 7:26)
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12)
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5)

Furthermore, the Lord Jesus Christ is coming soon on the Last Day to judge all unsaved men according to their works. Since Christ has already paid the penalty of eternal damnation for all of His people at the cross, they are no longer subject to judgment and will live with the Lord in Heaven forever:
… when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from Heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord… (2 Thessalonians 1:7-9)

Jesus is the only Spiritual Teacher I am aware of that deals with personal sin and rebellion. The Creator has Cosmic Court and for one to acknowledge their shortcomings and ask the Court for help seems to be the basic theme of the Good Lords Ministry. Even in an Earthen Court of Law , if a defendant shows the court true remorse and sincerely seeks remedy and mercy from the court even a mortal Judge can do that , so with God all things are possible and God can do much , much more in Eternity that any Earthen mortal Judge could ever imagine.

True....as Jesus said:

" I am The Way, The Truth, and The Life; no man can come to the Father except through me". -- Jesus Christ (Jn. 14:6)

" Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved". (Acts 4:12)

not really a question here is there?, but it's ok if you want to grand stand for Jesus. a questions asks a question, where as you proposed question has the only answer, that therefor is not a question, just a journalistic twist to present your statement you want to share with a catch phrase or line to draw someone in for a debate that is not there., and thats fine I guess. John 1:1 , and Proverbs 3: 5,6+7, and don't forgret 7, every one forgets 7. and 8 is good, to, don't forgret 8 either.

Yes, you need to give Jesus credit for achieving salvation for manking... It wasn't easy. Jesus was crying out loud and he was sweating tears of blood terrified at the idea of having to be crucified on the Roman cross. Not everybody thinks of salvation that way, but in the sadomasochistic mind of the God team Trinity that is the best gory way that God the Father could provide salvation for mankind. Jesus was a weakling, but thank God that Saint Paul made himself available to complete the unfinished job of Jesus sufferings demanded by God the Father!

Hebrews 5:7-8 (NIV) During the days of Jesus' life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Although he was a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered

Actually God the Father made Judas and Pilate the responsible party to have Jesus crucified.

John 19:11 (NIV) Jesus answered, "You would have no power over me if it were not given to you FROM ABOVE. Therefore the one who handed me over to you is guilty of a greater SIN* (*was he accusing his own Father from ABOVE???)."

So you see Jesus was really scared to die. Good thing that Saint Paul came along later on and finished whatever pain Jesus still had to suffer in his flesh...

Colossians 1:24 (NIV) Now I rejoice in what was suffered for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ's afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church.

And that is why God rewarded Saint Paul with the "STIGMATTA". He was the first Christian to get it.

Then same way a physician can cure you of a terminal disease by prescribing and taking the medicine himself instead of the patient.
