I believe in one God and hence there can be no rules as to who can receive it and surely not by just getting baptiised. I think one has to live conscientiously as God would like us to and it really does not matter what religion, cast cred, nation you belong to.
Do good always in every way of life...this can be a sure way to experience the Holy Spirit. Many Christians feel that by just getting baptised or going to church regularly will allow them experience the Holy spirit it cannot be true !

Yes and no. How can you fully benefit from something if you do not believe in it? Once you start having a personal relationship with Christ you will start understanding and experiencing the Holy Spirit more. On the other hand if you were an unbeliever and recently gave your life to Jesus then it was the Holy Spirit which led you there. If you are considering Jesus in your heart then that is the Holy Spirit knocking at your heart's door.

Here is the problem. The unholy spirit can mimic most things that The Holy Spirit does and quite convincingly. How does one discern exactly between evil and Holy spirits? Because the christian religion is based on the false assumption that the bible is the word of God, they do not understand this discernment. They rely on cherry-picked mistranslated verses in the bible to determine truth. The end result is chaos and multitudes of different systems of teachings, all claiming to be the one true church. We all know this cannot be. We humans have GOD-given abilities that the unholy spirit does not have , has no defense against, and cannot understand. Would anyone like to guess what these abilities are?

There are many spirits in this world, good and evil.
The Holy Spirit is not a pick and choose kind of guy. As long as that person believes on Him and seeks Jesus, even for the first time. Yes, they could have an experience with Him.
There have been testimonies from people of other religions stating how they tired of the same ol thing and they turned to Jesus. And, He met them right where they were. Remember paul, how he was going around killing the christians and one day on his way to Damascus, Jesus showed up and showed out.

If our mind becomes empty and pure from every mention and thought and our heart attracted wholly to the Kingdom of God, and we forget all else besides God and come in communion with the Spirit of God, then the Holy Spirit will assist us with a power which will enable us to penetrate all things, and a Dazzling Spark which enlightens all sides, a Brilliant Flame in the zenith of the heavens, will teach us that which we don't know of the facts of the universe and of the divine doctrine. The Holy Spirit is available to all sincere seekers of knowledge and understanding. It is unbounded, not prejudiced and does not belong to any one people, though some try to claim exclusive rights over It.

You would have to define "experienced". According to the Bible the Holy Spirit indwells us, and teaches us, and guides us into the truth. John 16:8 "And Holy Spirit, when He comes, will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment..." I know some Christians who sing songs, and it makes them feel good, and they say they are "exerienceing the Holy Spirit", but personally I think they are deceiving themselves. The Bible speaks nothing about feeling the Holy Spirit.

The holy spirit comes in many forms. Take all the religions out there. Find the religion that best suits you. I am a Catholic but I do not need to go to church to believe in the holy spirit. Any one can. God be with you always.

That is correct! The Holy Spirit doesn't dwell in any one who is not born again. The Scriptures make this plain.

The holy spirit was mentioned in the Old Testament. That means that it can be experienced by Jews too. If you believe in such a thing.
