Is swearing against the bible?

Using God to enforce your spoken word is against the Bible,i.e `I swear to God about this or that` and Jesus instructed us to let our Yes be Yes and our No be No and that anything else is not of God,..
The habit of using swear words is not as serious but the Bible instructs us not to let any impure thing escape our mouths so using swear words is morally wrong.
