Joking aside, of course there are homosexuals in Iran. They don't 'need' laws for homosexuality. They are a murderous theocratic government based upon primitive patriarchal beliefs that include murderous misogyny also.

Excellent point! As for this being the USA, we need to be careful or those laws could be put in place here. I imagine a number of the more radical christians here would be the first to support that. Theocracy is never a good idea!

Well I dont think there are no Homosexuals in Iran, coz there is bound to be someone afflicted by the 'Gay' diesease. There are laws prohibiting Homosexuality in the Qur'an and the punishment is death.

Its not that there isnt homosexuals in iran its just that the government doesnt openly recognize it .
There have been people in iran charged with homosexuallity and sentenced to hang.
