A, D, E, and K. These are the fat soluble vitamins. The others are water solube and will passed through your urine. I wouldn't take a chance with overdosing on metal supplements though (Fe, Co, etc.,).

iron. this is not uncommon. it occurs in children who get into their parent's vitamin supplies.
