It appears from your query that you too are being framed into false lottery scams. It is apparent from the question that you did not participate in any Australian lottery. Then how can you get a prize ? Such scams are now rampant these days. Never fall for it nor ever part with your bank account details.

There are no international lotteries out there. There are a bunch of spam emails around that pretend to be from various companies and countries, but none of them are real.

It's a scam. It's called advanced fee fraud. In order to get your check you have to pay the courier service plus insurance. Spare change compared to the millions you've just won but a very expensive courier considering that you're not going to get anything.
