I'm Russian passport holder with an American green card. Do I need visa for Venezuela if I'm coming/leaving same day on a cruiseship? It's with Royal Caribbean cruises.
Thank you.

i did not read the same on the venezuela consulate, it clearly says , that only # citizens # of (list of countries ) do not need a visa to enter Venezuela.
so, to me it means that you would need a visa...
please go to this page to read consulate writing.

i will go research a bit more , will be back.ok

ps: i went to read many articles on green card holder, being a green card holder does not make you a citizen of the US, therefore your country status is what matters first, so, yes, you will need a visa...............to be in a visa waiver country, you must be a citizen , not a resident.
