okay so i weigh approx 125lbs and today i ate yogurt, apple, carrot, then i ate some ice cream.. then a lil salad..then at 2am i binged on cookies :-/.. is this like reeeally unhealthy?? idk if im like being anorexic by thinking that i shouldnt have eaten this or if im being reasonable
please help

don't feel bad... i weigh 129 and i binge all the time... we can do that because we are skinny

Binging late at night isn't good, but you shouldn't freak out about it. Just don't buy things like ice cream and cookies so you won't have them around the house.

Well i personally think its ok to have some sweets now and then,its perfectly normal.But it is a little unhealthy to eat at 2 am.it might possibly be because you didn't eat correctly through out the day =/.But all in all its all right =)

binging on cookies isnt good. theyre full of caloreis.. a single oreo has about 3g fat.
you need to eat more healthy foods. protiens and whole grains are very filling.

well.... the yougurt, apple,carrot and salad was a great idea. However if you want to stay healthy i'd leave the ice cream and coockies. I don't think its wrong as long as you don't over do it.

im 13 and only weigh 74 lbs.
im skinny but not anerexic at all.
i binge all the time, like one answerer said, we're luck cuz skinny people can do that.

You may have taken in sufficient calories but you are seriously nutrient deficient.
It sounds as though you have an eating disorder in my opinion.

it is reasonable .d calori u need per day is actually depend on what is your activity.if is a heavy activity then you will feel want to eat more
