White rice no, brown rice yes.

We're talking "low carb" here people, not "no carb." Brown rice is a whole grain and is very good for you :)

Rice does not contain Gluten... an alternative to a low carb diet? I'm not following. If your'e looking for a gluten free diet, for celiac disease... that's completely different than low carb. White short grain rice contains a high amount of carbs. Brown, unprocessed rice contains somc good complex carbs.

what does it matter what type of rice? its still a carb!!
why dont you have whole grain bread. its very filling.

It is carbohydrate but recomonded for diabetes.Low carbohydrate is not good for anyone.
