2 years. I took time off to figure out what I wanted to do with my life rather than help someone with their life.

Ah hell, this is a little embarrassing, but I'm gonna share it anyways in case you need to hear it. But I went 2 1/2 years without really dating.
After I broke up with the girlfriend I was with before that dry spell, I had a really hard time meeting someone that I felt was worth dating or could fill the gap. That and other issues as well.
Looking back, I totally regret it though. My advice to anyone who is avoiding dating people, DON'T! Seriously, that was a big waste of my time. Especially being a young person. In the very least, don't waste your prime sex years!! Ha ha!
But seriously, yeah, 2 1/2 years. People have their reasons, but they'd better be good ones if you're going to wait that long.

21 years and still counting. I have never been on a real date with a girl. the closes thing to dates i have been on is I took "just friends" of mine to prom and lunch but never had a real date with a girl i like and who liked me. I have never had a girlfriend or kissed a girl either.
