Is it just on Friday nights or does she drink other nights (and days)? If it is just Friday, I would not call her an alcoholic, rather a binge drinker. It is OK to have a big one once a week but to the point of vomit is just silly. It just sounds that she just doesn't know when to stop.

If you are a friend, tell her the state she gets in to and tell her you are going to stop her drinking any more when she gets to a certain point. Tell her this sober, so that when you stop her from drinking more shen she is drunk she will be cool with it.

I advise, I drank like a fish in the present day by way of college, my pals and that i could kill handles of vodka and 30 racks of inexpensive, much less costly beer maximum nights of the week. grew to become into I an alcoholic? No, i grew to become into only in seek of a youthful man or woman solid time and alcohol grew to become into an effectual social lubricant. you're an alcoholic in case you prefer it to function each and every of the time, no longer in basic terms while you're youthful, puzzled and might drink with a view to be at liberty adequate to make out with the boy you have a weigh down on or dance on the club or in spite of.

Not sure......Does she feel she NEEDS to drink to have fun, or to stay sane? If so then yes. However their are quite a few people who go through a time in their lives when they like to party on the weekends, and as long as they don't let it become a problem, then I don't see anything wrong with it.

She needs help to realize how ridiculous she is acting. She may be dealing with some problems that could be better handled by staying sober and confronting them. As a good friend, you need to help her get her act together.
