Was playing my ps3 on high def at a friends house and forgot to change it back to regualr tv?

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO SWITCH BACK BLIND BY COUNTING HOW MANY TIMES TO MOVE THROUGH THE MENU WITH THE CONTROLLER LIKE I THINK IT'S 7 DOWN 4 OVER AND BLAH BLAH BLAH ANYWAY YOU GET THE PICTURE HELP PLEASE

If you hold down the power switch at the front for a few seconds, it'll bleep a few times and then the video settings will go back to default.
