ive always heard how stress and anger causes wear and tear on your cardiovascular system because of high blood pressure wearing down your viens and artiires or whatever. Setting you up for a stroke or heart attack when your older. So doesnt your blood pressure become high when jogging and running hard therefore, joggers are ruining there bodies by repetively do this right, or is it that when your younger this wear and tear is constantly repaired because when young your recovery systems are quick to repair somthing like that as oppose to being old and your systems begin to slow down.

Good point...I've wondered the same thing about coffee. I'd give you one of those "interesting question" stars if I had enough cool points.

Although it seems logically so, jogging can't have the same effect because joggers, even older ones, look much healthier than high blood pressured fat guys.

jogging is harsher on ur limbs than other forms of exercise and therefore it could be bad for you...

i know that you're supposed to raise then lower ur intensity continuously when working out...as in get your heart racing and then slow it down and then do it again etc. because you don't wanna wear yourself out or do any damage
