Put a couple potatoes in it and they will absorb the extra salt. If that doesn't work then drain some of the broth and replace it with water. DO NOT add more broth, as it has salt in it.

I usually add some sugar, broth and tomato sauce. If you don't have any more broth or tomato sauce, a little water is okay. If the stew gets too watery, just add in a little corn starch (mixed with 2 tbs water first) to thicken the stew. If you just put the corn starch straight into the stew, you will get all these small white lumps.

Try and get rid of half of the liquid in your stew. Then add water, grated potatoes, some more spices and canned diced tomatoes. The grated potatoes will soak up some of the salt and will also thicken the stew.

Drain some of the water, bring to a boil, then add some potatoes. This should absorb some of the salt from the meat and reduce the amount of salt in the liquid.
Hope this helps!

I agree with the others that its probably best to add some potatoes and/or sugar. I don't normally add salt to anything, allowing people to add salt to their liking.

Add additional broth.
Add potatoes, rice, barley or noodles to soak up some of the salt.
Let it sit overnight and see if the veges and etc. soak up some of the salt.

if it is not extremely salty, try adding a little acid like lemon juice, vinegar, wine or tomatoes. It lessens the salinity
