My best advice is EXTREME time management. It sounds like you already have a strong schedule lined up, but I think there may be a need to cut away a few hours on some tasks and to add a few hours to others. The ultimate key to doing well in college is:
1) To find your passion and pursue it! ---> make sure that physical therapy is what you REALLY want to do (research as much as you can about it, so that you know what you're getting into and so that you know its really for you) Then pursue that passion, to the fullest extent (which is what you're already doing)
2) Divide your time wisely -----> Be sure to allot appropriate time for everything: meals, bathroom time, studytime, BREAK time (cuz this is essential), quality time with love ones, etc.
3) Put yourself FIRST ----> don't get caught in the habit of neglecting yourself. Its really hard to manage your time wisely, but my best advice for you is to allow yourself a bit more free time for yourself --to eat, shower, socialize, etc. -- because if you don't, you will only burn out and become angry with or jaded by your responsiblities as a student. Doing something as simple as cutting back an hour of studying a day and taking that time to cater to yourself does WONDERS! Just don't get too sidetracked... its ALL about BALANCE!

You might find this wronger than wrong but...
try slacking off a bit?
teachers look for improvement, not a perfect score,
of course scores are important, but an A does not mean you can achieve your goals,
A physical therapist is a tough job, tougher than college
but when becoming a physical therapist, patients look beyond the "how skilled is the doctor" but they usually look for the kind hearted doctors.
Grades and Scores arent everything, slack off a little on your homework, do the minimum or just above it,
your brain will function better, youll be able to handle the stress, and probably do better

hang in there. It will pay off in the long run. Try eating small snacks for energy. See you friends for dinner once a week. If you want a's then you are doing well; if you can slack off a bit it might be okay to get a b or 2. Good luck. Remember though, all your hard work will pay off in the end. It'll probably get easier as you go once you get used to college life. See a counselor at school. Maybe rearrange some of your classes. Good luck

6 tests in one week? How many credits are you taking dude? I was in a similar situation my first semester in school and what I ended up doing was dropping a class to lighten my workload and taking the class again during the summer. By taking 2 classes during the summer I was able to take one less in the spring and fall which allowed me to get everything done and get A's like you are trying to do. If you can't take the classes during the summer because of work or living far away from campus you can look into taking them at a community college near where you live. As long as you check with your school ahead of time they usually accept those transfer credits, and it's cheaper.

Nobody said college would be easy. It sounds like your schedule is pretty overwhelming. Next semester take half the classes you're doing now. It will make a big difference in how you live your life. You don't have to finish school in 4 years. The guy who finishes last in medical school is called "Doctor" and is just as much a doctor as the guy who finishes first in his or her class.

That is the sacrifice that we make when we decide that we want to be the best we can be at something. Tell your friends that it is time to grow up. They should be supporting you in your effort instead of being angry with you. Tell them to chill!
You should at least grab a breakfast bar in the morning. It will help you to concentrate better. As for sleeping, try taking a Excedrin PM when you do have 8 hours to sleep. It will help you to relax and at least get a goodnight's sleep once in a while. Vitiamins will help you with the stress. Check with the health food store in your area. They can suggest something to reduce the stress without putting you to sleep.

Quit your job and get a student loan. That will make your life so much easier.
You'll have the entire weekend to study and maybe even party a bit.

you're putting too much on your plate-don't take so many classes, it's not healthy to study all day, not eat, and also to not have a social life. you have to be balanced or nothing good will come of it. stressing yourself out will only make you rip your hair out and effect your grades anyway. so drop a class or two.
