Hi..why is it so hard to find a job that works around your schedule? I don't need to work, my husband does a very nice job at providing for us but having a little extra around the holidays is always nice..but I can't work before 3 -4 through the week and everywhere i have applied that hurts me. I do have a interview for Sears on Monday but so far AAFES, best buy, petsmart, macy's, jcpenny all told me they need someone flexiable. So what is a person in college suppose to do? I mean i can't just quit that and i have kids and a husband. UGH. Do you think i am going to have any luck? Will anyone hire someone so limited?

I think your best bet is to apply to somewhere that is open late, because they'll be ok with you starting late. If you're into it you should apply at a restaurant. They tend to be open later, and I'm sure they'd be glad to have someone helping with the dinner shift. Hope that helps :) Oh, or a bookstore like Barnes and Nobles or Borders because they're open till 11. Happy job hunting! Oh, or if you live near campus you should check out your campus fundraising department. They like to have callers from 5-9ish, and it's a really fun job.

If you can deal with a lot of rejection, try telemarketing. The company I worked for offered part time hours and they were really flexible. Good luck!
