Talk to her a bit more in class, make a few jokes, then after class ask her on a date. You don't need to wait long at all. If you both seem to have a good time, ask for a second date. Just go with the flow. If you're lucky you'll eventually get to the point where you're really comfortable with each other. Then you can ask her if she wants to be your gf and exclusively date you. Just go with the general feeling of things. You have to be perceptive to her cues, such as body language, texting you, etc.

Just talk to her about things that interest her. Then try to get some info about what she would enjoy doing, and ask her if she would like to get together and go there.

well dude dont rush in aiight? make sure that u no a bunch of stuff bout her bfore askin her out. If u do then catch her one day and be like 'hey ___ i was wonderin if u would like to go out sometime' and cross ur fingers ;P
