I am trying to gain weight, but I am still losing, especially in my breasts. Before I had any children I was a 34B, now I am a 32AA. Help!!!! This is really bothering me. I feel so unwoman-like. Is it possible something is wrong with my body and causing it to not absorb fat properly? Please, somebody help.

You're at an age when your estrogen levels start dropping and breasts frequently shrink. The simplest answer is to accept the reality but to remember that you can use your nipples to attract favorable attention in the same way as other women use their breasts.

Don't try to put on weight -- it'll go on big-time everywhere else before it has the slightest effect on your breasts and the end result will look worse rather than better.

If you're losing weight overall, it makes sense to lose some from the breasts too; they do have a lot of fat padding. If you're losing weight inexplicably, it's probably not a bad idea to go see your doctor. Here's a website I found with Google that suggests some reasons a person could lose weight without meaning to: http://www.wdxcyber.com/ngen09.htm

If you have had kids recently, or stopped nursing recently they can shrink from both those reasons. Otherwise your body distributes weight and fat around your body until it is in a place your genetics like it. Losing weight can cause your chest to shrink because your chest is mostly fat. Just go wih it, and eat more sweets!

Most women lose breast size as they lose weight because it is fat. I've known several women who also lost several sizes on top after having kids - and others it has the opposite effect. Genetics; you just lost the coin toss.

This is quite common in women after they've had children. Their breasts become less dense and sag. It's normal. If it bothers you, then you can check into getting plastic surgery to fix it (not necessarily implants) but lifts and other procedures that can tighten and firm them.
