Sinner: yes. If you *did* believe in God, you would also be a sinner.

Bad Person: a matter of judgment. By God's measure, we are all "bad people", sinful and deserving of death.

W/E - ??? wicked/evil, maybe? Not necessarily.

No way!! I think the idea of religion can be a good one for the people who need it. Some people just need to believe in something. But don't let your brain be washed! If you believe you are a good person, then you probably are. I know I'm a good person. Not because I deliberately go out there and try to score brownie points for heaven, but because I'll put a roof over a friend's head in need. If someone comes door knocking, I'll give them $5 for the cause. Not because I'm cheap, but because I'm struggling myself and it's the only cash in my wallet. You don't have to be outstanding, you just have to make a bit of an effort to help others. You can only do your best.
I don't believe if there is a god that he'd expect us to be angels our whole lives. There's a good quote 'You've been nothing but an angel your whole life and now you wonder what it's like to be damned.'

I don't believe in gods. I've never been in trouble with the law, I work for a living (in fact, have been doing the same job-- nursing-- for over 30 years), I own a house and I pay my taxes. I have never struck another human being who didn't try to strike me first. I don't drink, use recreational drugs, throw litter or run over small animals in the road. I respect the rights of other people to believe whatever they like, as long as they have the same respect for me. I don't need gods nor their representatives to tell me how to think or live; I do pretty well on my own. If this means I am a bad person, so be it.

No, I don't think that if you don't believe in God you are a bad person or a sinner. You could be the best person in the world and have a righteous life without believing in God. Believing in God doesn't make you a good person either, your actions are what make you a good or a bad person.
A sinner?, name one person in this whole world who hasn't screwed up at least one time?
=)

You can lead an incredibly fulfilling and god life without believing in God. A lot of religious rules are also common human values, regardless of your beliefs (respecting other people, not commiting adultery etc).

ANYONE can be a good person and anyone can be a sinner, whether religious or not.

We are all sinners in need of a Savior, the Son of God came to this earth for everyone. Even when you are a Christian you can never become sinless. We are sinners saved by Grace. When you look into a church look as if it were a hospital.

I don't believe in God, therefore I am not a sinner. I am not a bad person because I follow a set of morals & ethics based on common sense & logic. Atheists are capable of love, compassion & morals, these aren't exclusive to the religious.

No, people who do not believe in gods are called atheist. This does not make them sinners or bad people.

You can tell a bad person by their bad behavior. Atheists are the least represented type of people in jails.

Your a human being and every human being does, says and thinks bad things. Let he/she who has not sinned cast the first stone. In other words, disbelief in God doesn't make you a sinner, it's when you choose the wrong thing.

asking myself a question along with your question.
What kind of person would I be if I decided to no longer believe in God.
The collateral damage around me could be enormous!
I think God and Satan are the definition of Good and Evil.
If I rejected good than all I've been missing under goodness would fall under evil/bad and the world would revolve around me. I'm not being sarcastic. By my wanting Goodness, keeps me from fulfilling some of the badness that sometimes sneaks into my heart.
