So, whats your problem? Do you want in on the action? Flirt with her and guys, in front of guys. Two things may result:
1- She will avoid you after being creeped out
2- Guys will become attracted to you (and her). Many men fantasize about lesbianism.
However, since I know nothing about this "Marissa" except her name and flirty nature, I have no way of making a good diagnosis. Which is a good thing, because all of my diagnoses are quite bad and I suggest you don't listen.

When something bothers you, you have to consider what is about myself that makes me feel this distain for her. For example: Does she annoy me because I wish I had could get attention from more boys, maybe not by flirting, but because they like me for simply being myself. consider that perhaps this flirting girl, flirts because deep inside she hurts, feels undesirable. You should have compassion for her. So to compensate for these feelings she comes on to guys because inside the pain of not feeling selfworth is to painful to come to grips with and heal from it. Perhaps you have things in you life you feel bad about. We can't change others, only ourselves. To knock others in order validate that your better than, never achieves anything good and true. What she does is not the problem, your not being able to just focus on yourself and ignore her actions, thats the real problem.

First, how does she annoy you? She flirts with boys, so what?
There's a whole lot of people like that in highschool, and you should get used to it.

start hanging out with others. It's not like she's flirting with YOUR guy. The boys are like...you're friends, right? Why bother?

I suggest if it really bothers you maybe you should give her a talk ask her if she could keep some distance between you two. But you have to beware that it isn't jealousy. then your going to have to deal with that issue with in yourself.

It sounds as if you are jealous of her. Don't worry about what other females do. Mind your own. What she is doing with other guys has nothing to do with you.

Why do you care if she flirts? If she's after your guy, then you have a problem.
