Use a super absorbent microfiber towel to press the moisture in your hair after you get out of the shower. A microfiber towel is more absorbent than a conventional terry cloth towel so it will help your hair air dry or blow dry your hair more quickly.
Use a deep conditioning mask. Joico K-Pak conditioner is a good one because you can use it every day or leave it on for 15-20 minutes & use it as a mask.
Massage a drop of jojoba oil onto your scalp & through your hair. Jojoba oil makes a nice leave in conditioner; it will add a bit of sheen, it won't clog pores and it washes out easily so there's no build up.

Try Healthy Sexy Hair SoyTri-Wheat Leave in Conditioner. I have a hair stylist friend who swears by it. Frederick Fekkai also makes daytime and nighttime protein treatments, but they are a little pricey (the nighttime treatment is like $50). Also, Redken has different lines for different hair types. I LOVE All Soft shampoo and conditioner for everyday, then the treatment once or twice a week. All of these products should be available at a salon, and I think some Redken products are available at Wal-Mart or Target.

Use a good hydrating shampoo and conditioner. I would suggest Nexxus Humectress and Therape. Or the Matrix line of hair products. You also need to keep your hair trimmed to keep the split ends away. Split ends equal dry hair. You may also want to go to your hair dresser and ask for a deep conditioning treatment.

Avocados... Guacamole really. Put in your hair for 5-10 minutes then wash out.
Or get TIGI bed head Self absorbed shampoo & conditioner. It works well and smells nice!

Use a hydrating shampoo and conditioner that's specifically for dry hair. You can get them at supermarkets and pharmacies. And you could also use a hydrating hair mask.

Dry hair tends to be thin and rough so try washing less often .To prevent your hair from becoming dry and brittle, avoid using hot curling irons, bleaching and perming .Check out http://solutionsfordryhair.blogspot.com/ for more info.
