It's not a disease, but it is a sign of insecurity. You obviously are a sensitive person, and that's a good thing. But your insecurity is causing your sensitivity to go into overdrive, and it's making you miserable. Is there a counsellor you could talk to about this? And, you could start by talking to those people individually, if you feel they can handle it.

You just need a little self esteem. You cannot live your life to make other people happy. You need to make yourself happy. I don't know how to change that. When they are unhappy about it ask them why. Listen to their answers and then tell them that you appreciate their input but you need to do things your way for a change. Some will argue and some won't. These same people probably don't live their life to make you happy. After you do this a couple of times it will get easier. Don't let them bully you into changing what you want to do. Good luck.

I am like that too... I really worry about what my friends think as well as family about me and if I get the sense they don't think I am perfect, I feel like I want to cry. Personally I feel very "emo" as to speak lol..
I am not sure what you'd call it, but I am sure if you go to the doctor, they'll diagnose you with something.
I was diagnosed with "Clinical Depression".
Sometimes I cry for no reason if I think that I did something wrong when I talked to someone or whatever, I don't know.
But I know that I am ont doing it on purpose or just a "baby".

Youve got a problem because you have exposed yourself too much to your relatives and gave them the power to hurt you.You heard it said that you cannot please everybody so why try.Just please yourself.I also read somewhere that you do not make someone your priority if you are only one of their options.. You have to have your independence from them. Independent financially, emotionally, etc.Your self esteem had really taken up a beating.Pick yourself up. Study hard, work hard,develop your personality thru self improvement programs. By trying to be independent you make yourself your sun and they are your planets. Do not be a leaf in a flowing stream. You be the river and they the leaf.

You are hyper sensitive. I can be that way too, it gets easier with time. Try to not let others opinions bother you and respect yourself enough to trust your feelings.
