Two consenting adults who are not committing adultery may be OK to fornicate. But I have to ask, is it love, or exploitation?

No, it isn't really. You're not spreading LOVE around, anyway, because Love is a commitment, not a pastime.
And even though you assume no one is getting hurt, you can't see into the heart of the person you are having sex with, who might have deep feelings either for you, or deep feelings of regret the next day when you decide to go spread your "LOVE" around to someone else.
Who knows what you are actually "spreading around?!"
I think on some level, you already know it isn't right, because you asked this question.

Fornication in itself is a tragic waste of your energy. I'm not force feeding you morality, but I will say that you should share that kind of experience with someone in particular that you love. You can also catch some really nasty diseases. It isn't healthy to pursue the carnal desires of your inner caveman. That makes you an animal. It isn't that it's bad to fornicate. It's bad to share that particular dance with many people whom have no meaning to you.
Good luck and I hope your wrapping it up

Are you sure you didn't hurt anyone? No broken hearts? No fatherless, unsupported children? No feeding the emotional problems of another person by proving to them that their only use is sex and no one could actually love them and commit to them? No lying? No dishonesty at all?
If so then congratulations, you're the exception.
Love is NOT sex, it is respect, trust and joy in another persons life. You are spreading lust not love.

It is not truly possible to fornicate without anyone getting hurt. Sexual intimacy is something that is sacred, given to us to be used within the bonds of marriage. Improper use of this intimacy always leaves a scar.

Why is it wrong? God tells us so here:
1 Cor 6: LITV
9 Or do you not know that unjust ones will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be led astray, neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals,
10 nor thieves, nor covetous ones, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor plunderers shall inherit the kingdom of God.
Gal 5: NKJV
19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Eph 5: NKJV
3 But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; 4 neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. 5 For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. 6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.
Rev 21:
27: And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Rev 22: NKJV
15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.

Yet, there's millions of other people that think just like you...
Don't you think at least ONE in that million is going to get hurt, what about the people you're "supposedly," spreading the love to? What else do you think you'll be spreading...
False hopes
STDs
Immorality
...just to name a few.
