Word from some possibly good sources, say maybe sometime in November Iran will get bombed during this year. Seems the President will not hand over the presidency to the next administration with Irans situation unresolved. Don't ask where I got the info because I don't know. Just want to know if anyone else out there has any similar information. Thanks,

The same people have been saying this every two months for the past 20 years.
It is just BS from people who do not know what they are talking about.
One good way to check if they have a clue is to ask them to describe our current economic and diplomatic strategy regarding Iran. They will not be able to give you an intelligent answer.

The President would not have the choice of handing over power to the next administration, no matter what the situation was in Iran. If you recall that even during WWII the US Presidency changed hands.
The news article that Joey posted a link to was posted in February and does not reveal anything noteworthy. It should not come as a shock that the United States has already planned out an attack on Iran. This is common sence. You do not wait for war to be declared to make plans. You do not hope for war, but you plan for it.

Calm down, take your pills and breathe deeply. The US constantly makes contingency plans for many different scenarios. This is no secret, every country does that.
It's not likely that someone will know for sure that the US will bomb Iran or anyone else in November. Does it make sense that that sort of thing would be made public?
If the Iran situation carries through next year, the President will have no choice but to step down when the new President takes the Oath of Office in January of '09.
Radio talk shows are just that. Talk.

there is a very old law on the books that states that if a sitting president is involved in a war against his country and the elections come up, he can remain in that post til the war is over.
This is what President Bush will probably do, some call it seizing office, others refer to it as remaining the Commander-in-Chief til the threat is over.

Treading on dangerous grounds with questions like that. We are all being watched. For some people the red lights will go off. You don't know where you got the info but you also say possibly good sources. I'm watching you now. You sound un-trustworthy.

I don't have to ask where you got the info, off one of the liberal blog sites. Doesn't make you wonder that no media outlets are reporting on this "news". Same as last year when the story came out that a high WH offical was going to be indicted in the Plame case. All a fantasy of the liberal mind.

Shush, don't let the secret out of the bag. If Rush finds out you are repeating his stories he might just sue you to get the money to pay for his drug detox. Please be very careful were and to whom you say this to, it might lead to the Irani's taking a preemptive strike of their own.
