I've been invited to an exclusive party (for like the first time ever). My best friend isn't invited. She says she's okay with it, but I feel bad going without her. You're supposed to bring a date. I really like this guy. Everyone I ask says he likes me too. I think it would be lots of fun to finally go to one of these parties. I really want us to go together, but I'm scared to ask him.
Should I go (with him as my date)? If so, how on earth do I ask him?!

Why do people care about the answer they MAY receive when the answer they WILL probably receive is so much better?!
No offense, but in my life I've seen so many friends miss out because they're scared of getting hurt.
Here's the deal....We all looked, or are still looking for the perfect person to share our life with. I found mine 29 years ago by being bold. ASK!!

umm....im stuck in this situation.....this girl may have a crush on me since summer and during school she found out that i liked her....she tried to go up to me but she was too shy.....dont let that happen.....if u still have like a few days before the party try to make eye contact with him then go up to him and tell him the truth. I bet that to you telling him how u feel about him just flat out would be pretty pushy, but no, i notice that the girls who have crushes on me dont even try. If he likes you and people tell u that he does....i dont think that there would be any reason for him to say no.....

Okay, before doing any actions, i want you to consider these things.
1. Find out his history, did he had many past girl-friends?
2. Are you rich? Maybe he tells that she like you because he want to get your money then dump you,
3. Are you still studying, are you smart? Maybe he wants to copy your answers during tests to have higher grades.
4. Is he Mature enough?
5. Does he have a job?
Just consider these things, it might help you with your problem.

are you friends with him and do you talk to each other! just be calm and say that you got invited to this party and you need a date and you were wondering if he would go with you! hopefully he says yes! which he probably will!good luck! and just in case try to get your friend an invite! your friend might want to go but isnt telling you!Good Luck!

GO FOR IT!!!!! life is really not worth living unless you take chances, and you never know until you try. as to how to do it, i would ask him if he wanted to go to a party with me. and if he turns you down, just take your best friend. win-win situation.
