First, do not propose until you can spell. I am unfamiliar with "luv" you speak of, but it is not real. True love involves knowing something other than the fact that she is "preety", "beautyful" and young. That is how people have many weddings and few marriages. Also, I doubt your "hole" life is that long. You must be old enough to legally get married (different in each state).

Are you dating Belinda? Do you know anything about her character? Hold off on the engagement ring until you know what it would be like to spend a life with her.

Just give her an engagement ring when you ask her.
Or you could do it the German (or Elvish) way, and get matching engagement rings for both of you.

By the way, only the first letters of sentences and proper nouns should be capitalized (unless you want to do that the German way, too, in which case capitalize all nouns. ;) ).
