It depends on a variety of factors:

Ambient temperature of the room
Time of day
amount of cats you own
Direct or reflected light

A tuna fish sandwich can stay out for 100 years, but it would not be recognizable as a tuna sandwich.

It probably wouldn't be a good idea to eat a tuna sandwich left at room temperature for over an hour and a half. I wouldn't, anyway.

Curfew is typically 11pm if the sandwich is in high school.

Seriously, God gave you a nose for a reason. If it's warm, but smells okay, it's probably okay. Warm and smells funny, toss it.

Time wise.........too many variables. How cold was it when it started? What temp is it sitting in? Direct sunlight?

Mayo and warmth do not equal. Neither does tuna.

I've had tuna mayo in a dish on the counter overnight and not got food poisoning from it. I suppose it depends on your climate. I live in England

If it contains mayonnaise, not longer than 2 hours.

If it's only tuna, then it could technically stay out longer, but it'd probably be pretty nasty. Fish starts to taste and smell bad rather quickly.

Depends on how old it is =) JK

If it has Mayonnaise in it you should keep the sandwich in the fridge until you are going to eat it.

It's not the fish, it's the eggs in the mayonaise - give it 'till it can get warm enough and grow some bacteria.
