I meet him 2 months ago. Met each other's mommies, spent every moment we aren't at work with one another. I'm 25, he's 37 so i don't do the "are you my boyfriend?" thing. i do however tell him that if we are having sex that i will only keep it going if it's exclusive and he agrees. he's at a bar with a female friend who tells the bartender that they are sleeping together. the bartender is a good friend who tells me. he denies it and i look through his phone (juvenile, i know) to find a text message from her that says "i'm sorry, i didn't know she knew her". so it's obvious it's true. i am still willing to work this out if he wants to but is it worth it? is it okay seeing that there was no official "status" between us? p.s. i'm no angel. i screwed my ex a week after he and i started seeing each other but realized that i DID want to be with new guy only and haven't strayed (or wanted to stray) since. i'm a cynical girl so my "whatever, it's all bullshit" answer is all i have

Wow, I'm 26, I guess I've got more self-respect then that, but its almost self-abuse for you to be in a relaitonship like this. Honest, what do you hope to gain? Sex? Thats all your getting, ooo and once an' awhile some shallow affection? Really are you caught up on sex and figure this guys a pimp or something? Are do you feel deep down just how pathic an individual this is? I mean geeze 37 years old and he plays this game with a 25 year old, really I don't know which one of you is being the most emotional inattuded one. Neglecting yourselfs and each other. Do yourself a favor, drop him, if not just keep him around for the physical so you can get your pride boost once and awhile, I guess you need it(just be protected this guy doesn't care enougth about himself better yet you). AND spend sometime when he isn't screwing you, figuring yourself out and why you think this is a good situation for yourself, on top of what it takes to make a great relationship, a little hint:

Friends can make great lovers (but like your finding out) lovers make HORRIBLE friends.
