So, I thought I got a date, right? She goes and tells her friend that we're just going as friends. Might not seem that weird, except for the fact that I was positive she liked me. Everybody else thought so too, some of her friends even came up to me before and told me she likes me. Soooo many people ask us if we're a couple. She flirts with me constantly, she is always touching me, she shows all the signs of liking me. But when her friend walked up to us and said "I heard you're taking her out on a date," she says "no, we're just going as friends." When her friend didn't believe her, she asked me, to prove her friend wrong. I wanted to object, but didn't want to do so in front of her friend. Now it's kinda late for that lol. But wtf??? ok, she's a flirt, I already knew that, but I didn't think she was THAT much of a flirt. She HAS to like me....I mean it's soooo obvious, but yet....is she just messing with me? I don't want to write her off just yet, because I was so sure, but still....

i think that she's just waiting for you to make the first move..she wanted to hear from you if you love her so that she's sure before you find out that she feels that way too.
that is, in my opinion because that's exactly what happened to me and my guy friend.. we were like a couple, everybody says that, but i always say no we're not because i wanted it to come from him.

i think, what you should do right now is confront her about it, tell her how you feel, and ask her if she feels the same way just to clarify things and be sure about that.

Many years ago I ran into an old friend at a hot dog stand. I was new to her city and she offered to be my tour guide. We started going out as friends. We've been married 41 yrs. You probably aren't even thinking marriage, but my point is that friendship often turns into love. And when you are friends first, the love is better.
