I set my password protect screensaver for 2 minutes. Now I don't want to have the screensaver on anymore, and I tried to redo it like 10 times, but it still cuts off after 2 minutes. Every time I go back to the control panel, it still says it's set for two minutes...I'm obviously doing something wrong...Oh yeah and I am hitting "apply" first. My operating system is XP

I don't know how to select "No screensaver". Where is that option at?

Apparently, if you are using any screensaver, the default time is 2 minutes.

If you click on "none" (as I do) the setting option will be grayed out.

Then, take a look at your power options in the control panel. I have my monitor set to turn off after 20 minutes of inactivity. With no screensaver, my screen just turns black until I awaken it by moving the mouse.
