She probably really has to go to her brother's game. She's only 15. She doesn't have a whole lot of control over her weekend schedule. Her parents decide that for her. She also needs to ask permission before she can go anywhere with a boy.

Girls this age aren't particularly concerned about a guy's feelings if they don't like him. So if she didn't want to go out with you, she'd probably just say no. Or no followed by a lame excuse. She said yes.

Ask her out again sometime. This time, phrase it this way, "Do you want to go out and do something sometime? When's a good time for you?"

This leaves it wide open for her to suggest a time and date. If she tries to wiggle out of this one, then you'll know for sure, she doesn't want to go.

Either way, keep up your courage and keep asking girls out. There are so many girls just hoping a guy will call and ask. :)

The only way to really know is to ask her again for a date maybe a week from now, and if she makes another excuse then she just didn't want to go to begin with....

Good luck

Try one more time, but open it up a little and give her a choice of a few nights. If she gives an excuse for all of them, it's time to move on. If a person likes you, she'll make the time for you.

it sounds like she might be using it as an excuse. if she really wanted to go out she could have gotten out of going to her brothers hockey game.unless if you know her parents or know someone like her friends that know them you could ask if her parents are strited with her. because if they are then she probley does have to go to her bros game.

Give her the benefit of the doubt on this occasion, but if she does it in the future I think she is brushing you off.

If she really wanted to go, she would suggest going another time. She has just fopped you off.
