It depends on the person who you love. If he/she is in a relationship, then you should not tell them. You can be their friend, and if their relationship ends, then you can tell them. And if the person is single, it would be a good idea to first be friends with the one you love. After you and this person are fairly good friends, then it would be a good idea to tell them. That way, you can first see if it is real love or just a crush.

It depends if it really is love or an infatuation.

If there is nothing stoping you from pursuing this person, provided they are avaliable, then go for it. On the other hand if your married, or the other person is married, has a partner, etc etc then saying you love them would be wrong and boarder line selfish since your ultimate goal would be self serving with out taking into account the considerations or consequences for the other person etc.

Your question was very vague so excuse the vague answer.

You may not need to...I've truly loved a guy since I was 18...I'm 28. Not a day goes by, but I'm glad it never happened...cuz I now just have great memories of the best time of my life. If we got together, I'd never be able to feel the same way every time I see him.

No. You telling someone you love them when they don't love you back may actually do more harm than good. If you suspect that the feeling isn't mutual, turn your thoughts and attention elsewhere and you'll be able to move on faster.

Yes and No.
Yes b/c you'll never know what could have been.
No b/c alot of people have the same thing. Best guy friend likes best chick-friend. Typical Gordo/Lizzie Miguire thing.
It all depends on what road you choose to take.

No, but sometimes it's good to let the person know and sometimes it's good to keep it to your self. Besides, you can show the person by being generous and helpful etc. Try not to move too fast, spend time hanging out and getting to know each other much better. You'll be able to know each others likes and dislikes.

No, I my opinion is not bad, but you should tell them, perhaps
that person is waiting for you to open up, who knows that she or he has feelings the same as yours.

its not bad but its something you'll always look back on and wonder what if you told him/her you lvoed them and if it couldnt gone somewhere and what they would have said. it feels a lot better to tell someone you love them then just holding it in your whole life.

there is not such a thing as love. human beings have urges to procreate. sexual drivers compel us to "love" someone. it does not end at coitus. after conception the bond is even more chemically strengthened. if both of you are available, it would not hurt, in my opinion, to seek her out and help establish a healthy relationship. if she spurns you, then don't fret; just seek "love" elsewhere.
