I'm sorry. I confess. I snuck in and placed it there when you were asleep. I ran out of room in my cupboard! I had no where else to put it! Really, what did you expect me to do with it? I mean, I tried to hang it from the dog's collar, but it ended up choking the poor thing, so I had to take it off. What, do you want my poor dog to die of strangulation? And I was going to stick it in your neighbor's you-know-what till I need it again, but he woke up before I made any head-way (or tail-way, more accurately). So, you see, I had no other choice! I'm innocent! And can you blame me? It fits so snugly, tucked away there in the middle.
