ok, i have been hearing 1mile is approximately a 30-min walk. If so, then 50miles would be 1500-min (or 25-hr) walk. How long then would a 25-hr walk reduce to if i flew by plane?
Again i hear the average human travels 150miles everyday, how is this possible since it is approximately 4500-min or 75-hr walk???
My brain is burning...

Well, think about it. Automobiles buses and trains typically reach speeds of 50 or 60 miles per hour. Commercial planes fly up to 300 miles per hour.

I live near a small town named Half Day. It turns out that if you left Chicago, riding a horse, it would take you a half day to get to Half Day. One can drive it in less than 2 hours, depending on traffic.
