I want a stomach with abs or at least flat & i don't want it to show when it bloats because of my gastric. I can't do the sit ups without straining my back, shoulders or neck. Is there an easier way? Thx.

There are certain exercises which can work on all muscles of your body. Why make a workout schedule for each muscle when you can do that with just an exercise? Add it with proper diet and lots of patience and you'll get that toned muscles you've always wanted, just like mine.
