I have been dating someone for a few weeks but it is hard for me to tell if she misses me when I am gone or if she is happy when she sees me. I can not tell when she wants a kiss or if she wants me to goto the next stage.
What would you think or do in this situation?

Stop trying to read her and open your mouth and commuincate. Get some dialogue going between you two. Talk about stuff. Your feelings, her feelings, your day, her day, your goals and dreams, her goals and dreams... communicate the old-fashioned way and talk to each other.
The more you get to know each other through conversation, the easier it will be to "decode" each others' body language (a.k.a. "read each other").

Well if shes too hard to read you have to make the first move...
If you really like her when you get her alone you start holding her and then kiss her on the neck... If she lets you then you can start moving in :). Hope this helps!

She is what you'd call a little cold. If you expect more effection, and after dating for a while things don't change, you know she is not the one for you and it's time to move on.

I guess I would tell her how you feel about her, and ask he how she feels. Maybe she's scared and waiting for you...
If she keeps saying yes when you ask her out- it's a pretty good sign. She might be a little timid about expressing her feelings.

Grow a set and talk to her about it. She could be having the same issues.
