Has anyone ever filed a Credit Card Dispute with a car repair shop and won ??

If you are disputing the charge because say the auto repair shop overcharged your credit card then you could win but if it is because you are unhappy with the service you will not win. You will be told that it is a small claims court issue not a credit card dispute.

If you signed the slip, you are probably going to lose, especially if it's a matter that you aren't happy with the repair work.

Many credit cards are not so quick to take the customer's side anymore. Too many instances of people abusing the system.
