Yes, and Lewis' "Pilgrim's Regress". I wrote a third part to this called "Pilgrim's Digress" - I know a newspaper cartoon has the same name but oh wells. It is quite interesting. Progress is about a Christian's journey to heaven, Regress is about a character's fall to hell essentially, and so Digress is about a character who is caught in the middle, a Luke-warm Christian, and hence his name is Luke.

While a book such as "Pilgrim's Progress" is a fine work, it is clearly and avowedly allegorical; illustrations and examples are nice. Sometimes they are even handy.
