You can find KJV Bible in Suriname, South America translated into the sra-non-tonga language. There are a lot of places around the world that have the KJV Bible and the Bible has been translated into those respective languages.

Yes KJV Bible is only used in the USA. The God and Jesus in bibles in our country teach us to love everyone as I love you, and not judge or you will be judged, also love your to neighbor, turn the other cheek than to be racist, hateful or opinionated.
1 Timothy 6:11 might not be in the KJV Bible used in the USA.

In my experience, most churches in the United States use the NIV or ESV translation. Most Pentecostal churches will use either KJV or NKJV. Catholics of course use the Catholic Bible.

The thing about translations, all of them in principle are the same. When translating Greek, the language that the original manuscripts (mss) were in, there are multiple meanings of words, just like in English but more so. So translators, who are usually Christian, and I think, inspired by God in order to keep the validity of the Bible in tact, look at the context that the words were used in and also extrabiblical text to see how the Greek original words were used in the era it was written, in order to decide which meaning of the word was being conveyed. All versions of the bible are virtually the same; they just go about conveying meaning in different words.

For example:
Romans 12:1-2 (ESV) -

"I appeal to you therefore, brothers,by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."

NIV:

"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."

The only problem that one see with the KJV is that the manuscripts that the KJV translators used were from a later date, I think the 1400s or so and those copies were less geographically accurate because they did not have the mapping that we have now. For example, one book in the New Testament said that Paul travelled North to Corinth from a certain city; where as in reality, you would have to travel West to get to Corinth from where he was at. Things of that nature.

I don't understand your first question. Do you mean, "Is the US the country that uses the KJV the most?", or "Do most people in the US believe in the KJV?"?

It's popular in the UK, but you can also get a Gideon bible or a Catholic bible. The local Christian shop in my town has a wide selection.

Different cultures have different needs, in respect to their way of connecting with God. Since God is such a good God, he has provided the mean of connecting with him that works for these different cultures. One size fits all, is not the way God thinks, that is the way humans think.
