Should be able to get 3 point style seat belts for @$100 per side so $200 for pair. Power steering units usually around $300 and Maybe an additional $100 for miscellaneous items. Now you need someone to do it.

If you're converting from manual steering, I'd say don't. Early Mustangs use a power assist that really reduces steering wheel feed back and are known for leaking like a siv. If you have parts missing from a power set up, get a manual conversion ball joint from Mustang Depot and ditch the rest of the PS system. I've never liked PS in early Mustangs.

Mustang Depot also has an economical 3 point (lap and shoulder) belt set up. If you're updating anyway, that would be the way to go.

There's no average for doing that in a car that old...you'll have to check around at some local shops to find someone willing to do it and get some pricing. Adding power steering and seat belts could run several hundred to a thousand or more. Try to search for some Mustang restorers or parts online..should be lots of info available. Nice little cars...almost bought a 69 Cougar years ago which is a close cousin...loved the sequential taillights on them.

if it's a six cylinder, you shouldn't need power steering, just get the front end aligned and a set of radial tires and it will steer easy
