Any ideas for lactose free desserts? I am throwing a party and I know at least one guest can not eat any type of cake or anything- so I feel real bad and would like to have something 'sweet' for them.

Thanks!

Fruit pies don't contain any milk products. An apple pie can be served with cheddar cheese or ice cream. The cheese might also be out for your friend, but others might like their's plain as well.

There are a lot of cookie recipes without milk. Oatmeal raisin or snickerdoodles or chocolate chip. Brownies or blondies.

Any sorbet. Who can argue with a great fruit-based gelato? some strawberry sauce or maple syrup on ideal, or served with a cinnamon biscuit curl and dark chocolate flakes... or maybe some crumbled pistachios.. (hungry yet?)

Bread Pudding is good. Just Substitute the milk with Lactaid or something. I like it without raisins.
