what happens if you have your permit and get pulled over by the cop and you do not have a person 25 or older in the car with you, but you have your permit?? justt wonderinggg =) heehe

you will get a ticket for being underage...but I am not suree if you can go to driving school to clear it from your record...good luck sweetie

If your by yourself the police can impound the car and take you to jail to await your parents coming to get you. Either you and/or your parents can get tickets and you can lose your permit.

YOU WILL GET A TICKET FOR BEING UNDERAGE. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE AN ADULT IN THE CAR WITH YOU,THATS WHY ITS CALLED A PERMIT.
