Probably not.
The Trooper probably assumed that you were just being friendly.

Probably not. He is concentrating on enforcing the law, not the beep of a car horn going by. But, most are alert and he may note your license plate number :)

You might. Try it and find out. It all has to do with the particular police officer at that particular time. Improper use of a horn is a civil infraction and you could be cited.

More likely not...were you beeping just to annoy him? Was he cutting you off? Please don't say you were beeping just to say "HI", you shouldn't be doing that.
