If you mean baking frozen ones, you're probably out of luck or like one person suggested, you can use a toothpick to poke a vent hole in the top of each.

If you mean you make your own pizza rolls, I'd suggest cutting a vent hole in the dough that will become the top and using more finger pressure or a fork to press the outer edges of the dough together.

LOL... the same thing happens when I make them!! I think they are going to do this no matter what you do. But maybe Jeno's should put a little slit at the top like a pie crust to let the steam out. You can try the slit yourself to see if that helps.

that's funny, they do the same thing to me. you could try not cooking them as long, but they'd probably be more gross that way. i suggest putting a sheet of wax paper or tin foil down on the cookie sheet before you spread out the pizza rolls, that way at least you don't have to scrub off the "guts". :)

Try poking a small hole in the top of each one with a tooth pick. That way the steam can escape and they won't explode.
