that in all things -- there is god. we are given to Him in baptism, we beg His forgiveness when we fail/sin we come before Him in the utmost amazing sacrifice or Todah offering in Thanksgiving in the celebration of Communion. they all go hand in hand. whether within the Rcc or other denominations - you must first come to God and receive Him -- Baptism. you must confess you are a sinner every time you sin - confession and you are thankful to Him and worship with Him and (in the Rcc) come to His table and accept He & His ultimate sacrafice for you -- Jesus Christ His Son.

They are something we all must do.
Baptism=for the forgiveness of sins
confession= to confess our sins, receive absolution and penance
Eucharist=the Lord's supper, Christ is truly present in the bread and the wine
