I think that sounds fine and very healthy. there is such a thing as eating to much fruit but you seem to eat very healthy :) If you think it's to much then you can drink less juice because that has more calories, sugar and less vitamins than the acual fruit.(u probably shouldn't drink that much juice everyday) other than that, sounds fine to me.

I've heard that the "right" amount is five servings a day.
You will know whether you are having too much fruits and vegetables by the amounts and consistencies of your... uh B.M.s
Depending on which fruits and veggies you are consuming, diarrhea is usually a good sign that you might want to back off a little on the fruit and veggie intake.
Broccoli is famous for being like a little colon broom.

I am not sure if that is to much I didnt think it was possible but maybe, You can always just try going by the food pyramid and eat the daily recommended amount of fruits and veggies, dont forget your whole grains and proteins.
Congrats on it being fruits and veggies you are worried about and not cokes and candies!!

W! T! F! do no longer wash foodstuff with dish cleansing soap, it relatively is even worse than any pesticides on it. If its some thing like an apple or peach or potato in simple terms peel it. vegetables and berries do no longer likely have a ton of pesticides besides, different than for spinach; which you're able to deff purchase organic and organic. attempt going to a community farmers marketplace. The greens have way much less, if any, pesticides than shop offered, and its brisker and extra comparatively cheap. Why provide money to the shop for crappy produce once you will get it extra effective and extra comparatively cheap rapidly from the farmer

Fruits and vegetables have calories and it is possible to eat too much.
Fruit juice contains more calories without the fiber in the whole fruit.
It is good to eat more vegetable and less meat, just track your intake and see how much you are eating.
It doesn't sound like you are eating too much now.

You call that too much fruit?
I used to eat 8-9 pieces of fruit DAILY
The fruit juice isn't good for you though, loaded with un needed calories.
you can eat as many fruits as you please AS LONG as you don't go over your calorie limit. Fruits have calories too, so careful.

NOT TOO MUCH!!! except you might want to watch the sugar intake from all the fruit. It's not as bad for you as a candy bar or something, but it can become a problem.

You can never have too much vegetables or fruits. Even if you tried, you'd throw up before too many calories were consumed.

Looks good, but I agree you need to be including other food groups in your diet as well. See site listed below for details.
