I have only been here for 7 months,and every one I work with who all have been here for years said they all have had enough.I feel like im being deserted.

hold on til you get another job. find another job then quit. remember u have bills to pay

What is your assessment of your job and how are your relations with your supervisors? Are the threats from your associates just idle scuttlebutt or do they really mean to quit and why? If you like your job and they like you why quit?
My first take on this question was that it must be a poor workplace for so many to be dissatisfied at once. If the reasons for quitting given by your fellow workers seem real then be open to another job but don't be panicked by "peer pressure." When and if they leave it night open new opportunities for promotion.
